Creating equal opportunities for poor, weaker and marginalised sections of the society, their equal participation in development process and establishment of a society based on social values


To integrate marginalised and disadvantaged sections of the society by enhancing their capacities leading to social change; to associate people with long-term development process, resulting in enhancement in their self-respect, self-confidence, self-dependency and ability to take decisions
